The staff comprises fully-qualified native English-speaking teachers who have experience in working with children of young ages. Most of them gained this experience working in non-English speaking countries in kindergartens similar to “First Steps”. They don’t speak Polish so the children have the opportunity to be exposed to a natural English-speaking environment. The teaching staff of the kindergarten also includes highly-qualified Polish teachers with a very good command of English. All of the teachers’ work is supervised by the Kindergarten Director.

All of the teachers possess great enthusiasm for their work as well as an excellent approach to children, which allows them to establish contacts with them very easily. They are great observers and experts at working with children, knowing very well how to help them with learning. During class, the teachers pay particular attention to helping each individual child to develop to their full potential, including the intellectual, physical, and manual dexterity, by means of a variety of games and activities. Through giving the maximum of individual attention to each child, the teachers encourage them to take active part in all activities, ensuring, at the same time, that learning through play is always fun and effective.
